This system is specially designed for the corrugated paperindustry of the whole plant waste paper disposal scheme.Thewaste paper stripping part of the corrugated paper production lineis connected to the stainless-steel flexible hose through the papercrusher fan.The scrapped paper crushed by paper crusher beforethey are conveyed to the separator through pipeline,then the wastepaper falls into the waste paper baling machine by centrifugalseparation;The waste paper produced by the slotting machine andthe die-cuttingmachine is transported to the crusher fanby beltinstalled in trench,then the waste paper crushed by paper crusherbefore they are conveyed to the separator through pipeline,then thewaste paper falls into the waste paper baler.The wastepaper canalso be directly sent tothe waste paper balerthrough belt conveyor.After the waste corrugated paper or box is scrapped by thecrusher,it is sent to the cyclone separator by paper crusher fan throughpipeline.Finally,all thewastepaper enters the waste paper baler forcompression and packaging.The dust removal system in the back-end working procedure greatly reducesthe amount ofdust emissions,can discharge thefiltered cleanair intothe workshop again.
