1.It forms high quality plastic coil from plastic filament. This is achieved through the use of three axles pressing the filament against the forming mandrel as the coil is formed.
2.Other coil former only use two axles to press against the mandrel. This can cause "wobble" and produce coil that is not uniformly round, especially on larger sizes.
3.Three axles pressing the filament form perfect coil
4.Simple & fast on-screen machine setup
5.Can cut the end of the coil with oblique shape which can insert into the book easily, also make it easier to use the formed coil on automatic plastic coil binding machine.
