Heavy-duty wall panel design

The entire machine uses 20mm thick high-quality steel plate wall panels, precision machined and stress-relieved. Weighing 3000kg, the machine exhibits minimal vibration even at high speeds (120m/min), resulting in registration stability far exceeding that of competitors with 10-15mm wall panels.

 Precision transmission system

The transmission gears are made of 40CrMoS alloy steel, undergoing a triple process of tempering, tooth quenching, and grinding after gear hobbing, achieving a precision level of GB 6, ensuring over four years of maintenance-free operation.

 High-precision bearing system

 Key rotating parts utilize Japanese NSK semi-enclosed bearings, combined with imported deep groove ball bearings to support the printing rollers, maintaining rotational accuracy within 0.02mm.

Standard ceramic anilox roller

Each color group is equipped with an independent high-end ceramic anilox roller (not a common metal roller), offering uniform ink load, excellent wear resistance, and a service life 5-8 times longer than ordinary rollers, making it particularly suitable for long-term printing orders.

Dual independent pressure adjustment

The pressure between the printing plate roller and the center impression roller, and between the anilox roller and the plate roller, can be independently adjusted via a precision handwheel. Combined with a ±20mm lateral fine-tuning mechanism, it achieves "zero pressure" start-up, protecting the printing plate.

Automatic pressure separation protection

When the machine stops or pressure is released, the anilox roller automatically separates from the printing plate and simultaneously switches to ink-spreading mode to prevent ink drying and plate clogging, reducing plate cleaning time by more than 30%.
