An optical film slitting machine is a device designed to precisely cut and separate large rolls of optical film into narrower strips, ensuring accurate dimensions and minimal material waste for further applications in electronic displays, lenses, or other optical devices.  
Product Features
1.Automatic Foam Paper Slitting Machine: Three-motor linkage control: unwinding taper tension control, traction mechanism feeding, and winding motor tension control through inverter torque.

Product Details
I) Unwinding part: 
1. It adopts shaftless loading and can bear 1 ton of raw materials, saving manpower and shortening the loading and unloading time. 
2. The unwinding diameter is automatically detected by the proximity switch at the unwinding transmission shaft. There is no need to input the material thickness. The unwinding residual diameter can be set to automatically decelerate and stop to facilitate the splicing of the next roll. 
3. It is equipped with a mechanism for manually adjusting the elastic edge of the material release. The adjustment range is ±20mm. 
4. The CCD automatic correction system automatically corrects the material along the edge. The entire machine uses a guide rail to move left and right. The moving part uses a threaded screw and is pushed left and right by a servo motor to achieve automatic correction. 5. Use pneumatic pressing device, square steel structure, and rubber skin pressing to reduce material scrap and facilitate material receiving. 
5. The unwinding uses magnetic powder brake to control the tension. 
(II) Traction part: The mirror traction roller is driven by a 5.5KW servo motor. 
(III) Waste edge recycling device: Waste is discharged while suctioning. 
6. Rewinding mechanism:(1). Use upper and lower double shafts to independently wind
up the cut material. (2). Each of the upper and lower rewinding reels has a 5.5KW servo motor to drive the slip shaft/air expansion shaft. The rewinding tension is automatically controlled by PLC according to the current roll diameter, so that there is no material thickness factor when cutting multiple strips, and all rolls The disc end surface is flat, and the flatness of the disc.
Surface is freely switched between pneumatic pressure rollers and self-weight pressure rollers. The tightness of the inner and outer layers of the finished roll is controllable, that is, the spiral winding method.
