2.PLC is used for automatic rewinding, automatic delivery of finished products, immediate reset rewinding, automatic trimming, spraying glue, sealing synchronous completion. It replaces the traditional waterline trimming and realizes the new trimming and sticking technology. The finished product has 10mm-20mm paper tail, which is easy to open and use. Achieve no paper tail loss, thus reducing the cost.
3. PLC is used in the rewinding process of finished products in the first tight and then loose, to solve the problem of paper core loose caused by long time storage of finished products.
