The full servo model is designed and manufactured based on traditional models (chain gear transmission structure). lt not only inherits the stable operation of traditional models, but also greatly improves speed, accuracy, and quality, all of which are attributed to the entire machine having 13 full servo motors. They perform their respective duties and are responsible for
con-trolling actions such as paper suction, cup turning, and cup jacking, making them easy to operate and quickly identifying and resolving faults.
 

1.	The paper drops to the designated position through the conveyor belt, and then the suction cup is controlled by the servo motor below to grab the paper and place the chain for transportation.
2.	Both sides of the paper are preheated at high temperature. High efficiency ultrasonic bonding tech.
3.	The bottom of the cup is formed by double-station heating and double-station knurling process, which meets the double requirements of customers for beauty and firmness.
4.	The curling of the cup mouth adopts an efficient and beautiful dual station process.
5.	Advanced labor-saving automatic pneumatic paper loading and backing paper feeding device.
