OVERALL PERFORMANCE
1.The fast intelligent oil storage tank has double oil cylinders and a precision four-column double-link automatic balancing mechanism to ensure the cutting depth accuracy of each cutting position is 0.2mm. The hydraulic system control ensures the die-cutting speed and accuracy of the machine. All sliding connection parts adopt central Automatic oil supply lubrication device to minimize wear.
2.When the cutting head is pressed down, it will automatically slow down 10mm before contacting the cutting knife, so that when cutting multi-layer materials, there will be no dimensional error between the uppermost layer and the lowermost layer.
3.Due to the precise cutting balance, the loss of the die and cutting board can be greatly reduced, and the edge cutting effect is better, which can further reduce the consumption of the cutting board.
