Description of High Speed Automatic Digital Label Printing Machine
Rewinder
Packaging Labels Printer utilizes a 76.2(3") servo-driven rewind spindle with magnetic particle clutch and closed-loop tension control system. supporting rewind diameter up to 500mm(19.7").
double driver motor and accurate tension control system make sure the media can be roll back neatly.
Print position fine-tuning
position of the print module can be adjust within full media region(230mm), it can be fine-tuning from
control software but no need to adjust media.
Variable Date Printing
Digital Label Printing Machine support variable date printing, it specifically designed for industrial short-run narrow-format
production.Integrated with advanced UV inkjet printing technology,it can be applied as lables,hangtags,tickets,RFID,foil packaging,etc.
Media Buffer module(Option)
Packaging Labels Inject Printer cooperate with other processing machine, such as detecting,cutter etc.
Varnish/Foil module( Option )
Varnish ink printing provides versatile surface finishes with amazing tactile and visual effects to
beautify the appearance of labels and grasp viewers' attention.
