Feeding Parts:

The feeder of this Food Box Making Machine adopts the welded structure body, which is processed by the upper and lower plane of the large processing center to ensure the accuracy. The uncoiling part adopts the safety chuck to load the aluminum foil roll and is equipped with inflatable inflatable shaft. The oil tank adopts multi-roller assembly with the same plate to ensure accuracy. The tank is equipped with automatic fuel supply and oil filter loading. Tension using ultrasonic probe combined with PLC to achieve automatic control, easy to set, safe and reliable. The feeding head frame is controlled by servo system, the height adjustment is controlled automatically, and the front and rear adjustment guide rails are controlled manually.
 

Press parts:

The Food Box Making Machine's press part is a new generation of closed type press developed by introducing foreign advanced technology to meet the needs of customers. The fuselage is welded with gantry integral steel plate, which abandonsthe disadvantages of assembling and debugging the separate fuselage of the traditional closed type press. It not only provides the

This series of presses has the characteristics of high precision, high strength and high stiffness, suitable for shear, punching, blanking, bending and shallow tensile work.
 

Stacking Parts:

The stacker adopts the aluminum profile structure body and the belt adopts the 2-section structure, which is conducive to the aluminum foil container production. Product detection, detection, counting and lifting control through the PLC program to achieve automatic control, easy to set, safe and reliable. Height adjustment adopts manual control of guide rail.
