The digital intelligent binding machine is equipped with multiple servo control points. It measures the thickness of the book core through an automatic thickness measuring device, and inputs the cover size on the touch screen, enabling quick conversion for the production of books of different formats and thicknesses. It can independently complete the feeding and binding of digital point-pressed book cores and traditional locked-line book cores, and can also be operated in conjunction with the G480 binding machine as needed. Product Features

1. It is controlled by a microcomputer, with variable frequency speed regulation and a touch screen for human-machine operation interface.

3. The mainframe frame and the running guide rails are all made of castings, and the power of each workstation uses alloy steel arc bevel gears + oil-lubricated closed boxes, which have excellent stability and durability.

4. It is equipped with an integrated milling back and slotting device, which can handle various types of paper, and the selected brand ABB motor ensures stability.
