It is mainly used for the outer rolling process of potato chip paper cans. Design 5 sets of molds to work at the same time, the output can reach 60 per minute, humidification, lubrication, molding, flaring, cleaning and turning can synchronous automatic operation, suitable for mass production of potato chip cans.

The structure design of the forming die is reasonable, and the double semi-circular auxiliary die is merged through the cylinder to realize 360° inward roll of the mouth and perfectly hide the cut of the paper tube.

The machine is equipped with mold automatic lubrication system, high precision adjustable injection amount, no oil residue on the mouth after forming, effectively improve the reliability of forming.
