It can complete the binding process of flat binding, folding, flattening, cutting the tail edge and longitudinal cutting and trimming of printed products at the same time, and can directly produce finished products for workbook binding.
The machine is composed of paper supply, binding, flattening, cutting and paper collection. The paper supply adopts servo control to meet the binding requirements of different formats, and the adjustment is very convenient and fast. The binding and cutting are controlled by electromagnetic synchronous clutch; all the stop gauges are pneumatically controlled, and the paper collection can achieve continuous paper collection and intermittent paper collection, and the stacking quantity can be designed as needed.

It adopts PLC control system, equipped with touch screen human-machine control window, photoelectric sensor, synchronous induction electromagnetic clutch; 1 set of original blades for binding, folding and cutting binding linkage line, 2 solenoid valves, and 1 photoelectric sensor

It is suitable for saddle binding requirements such as workbooks, newspapers, magazines, shopping mall posters, etc., reducing the labor intensity of workers and improving production efficiency.
