Product Details
1.This machine adopts 8sets of servo motor,man machine interface,mainly used for regular window pasting, with the advantages of high
precision, high stability, easy operation, etc. color mark tracking for printed film, embossing on film,intermittent slitting for tissue window film is also available.
2.This part is used for feeding paper automatically, servo control, high precision high stability, easy operation, etc.
3.The chain is driven precisely by servo motor,the left and right register can axially slide, easy operation, ensure smooth and stable transfer of paper. The chain guide is made of imported polymer materials, Wear-Resistance, Low noise.
4.This part is mainly composed of suction belt, servo motor, air blower, etc. The paper on the suction belt driven by servo motor, with high precision, high speed&stability, not easy to slide. Wind voume can be controlled per paper size by air blower.
5.THIS PART IS EQUIPPED WITH BATCH COUNTING FUNCION.
6.Window Patching & Film-Feeding Part uses a special material bevel knife, which is high hardness, durable, super sharp, and has a good film cutting effect. The cutter is controlled by a servo. The film feeding servo control and the film roller servo control can adjust the front and rear positions of the film without stopping the machine to ensure the accuracy of the film.
7.Air-Expansion Shaft To Bear Roll Film, Assuring Fast Replacement. Meanwhile, Equipped With Magnetic Powder Tension System, Ensuring Stable Film-Feeding, Eliminating Stretching&Reducing Inertia. Printed Film Tracking Can Be Optional.
8.Gluing part: GLUE PART. The gluing station is controlled by glue transfer roller, glue scraper, glue block, glue roller, glue roller, solenoid valve, cylinder and double servo motor. The glue transfer roller and scraper are controlled by the cylinder to apply glue, and can be easily pulled out when cleaning is needed. When glue is not needed, there is a separate servo motor to drive it to prevent the glue from solidifying. The glue range and glue thickness can be adjusted by adjusting the position of the glue block and scraper. The glue printing roller can also move axially and radially without stopping the machine to adjust the gluing position. In addition, the empty sheet is automatically lifted to avoid glue contact with the belt, reducing the trouble caused by stopping the machine to wash the glue.
