The fully automatic cotton towel bag making and packaging machine can realize automatic bagging and packaging of small packages of cotton towel loose pieces. It has automatic discharging through front-end cutting, automatic feeding of stacked sheets, automatic unwinding of tube film, and online bag making. It consists of automatic coding, automatic bagging, automatic tail sealing and automatic discharging, forming a complete production process of automatic feeding, packaging and discharging.

1. Innovative technology integration: Using the latest electronic technology and dual servo transmission technology, it effectively improves the accuracy and stability of fabric cutting, ensuring that each towel can achieve consistent size and shape.
2. Anti-static design: The anti-static synchronous belt is used to effectively prevent the finished product from adhering to the conveyor belt due to static electricity during the cutting process, ensuring the neatness of the finished product and the smooth progress of subsequent processes.
3. Unique paper feeding system: Equipped with a paper feeding system driven by dual servo motors, it can achieve intermittent and accurate paper delivery. The front and rear conveyor belts are independently controlled to ensure the accuracy of the paper cutting length.
