1. Equipment Principle:
This equipment is used for single-grain cartoning machine packaging, using servo drive and PLC control system. The carton storage platform automatically takes the carton to the conveying mechanism, opens the carton and forms it, and then sends it to the supporting mechanism; then the mold pushes the product into the carton, and the automatic glue sprayer seals the carton during the carton movement and sends it out of the packaging machine.

1. It adopts automatic feeding, opening, spraying, sealing and other packaging forms, with a compact and reasonable structure and simple operation and adjustment.
2. It adopts servo motor and touch screen, PLC programmable control system, the human-machine interface display is clearer, the degree of automation is high, and it is more humane.
3. It adopts automatic material sorting and conveying mechanism, which is convenient for linkage production with automatic production line, and can greatly reduce labor costs.
4. It adopts photoelectric electric eye automatic detection and tracking system, and empty packages are not put into boxes, which saves packaging materials to the maximum extent.
5. The packaging range is large, the adjustment is convenient, and various specifications and sizes can be quickly converted.
6. Changing specifications does not require a large number of molds to be replaced, and it can be achieved by adjusting or replacing individual accessories.
7. The automatic shutdown device and main drive motor overload protection device are adopted for paper towels not entering the box in place, which makes it safer and more reliable to use.
3. Improvements compared with previous equipment:
1. The paper is pushed into the box, and now the servo paper is used to push the paper, so that the paper pushing speed and length are adjustable, the requirements for paper towels are reduced, and it can be perfectly applied to various materials of paper, laying a stable speed of 100 boxes/minute.
2. The improvement of the material conveyor belt is now replaced with a synchronous belt drive, which is quieter, easy to operate and replace, and reduces maintenance costs.
3. The conveyor belt paper pressing screw is changed to a cylinder, making the adjustment more convenient, fast and stable, and there will be no looseness up and down.
4. The conveyor belt screw is replaced with a guide rail to increase stability and make its movement smoother.
5. The length adjustment screw is replaced with a needle screw to make the adjustment more accurate and without gap shaking.
