Operation simplicity is a key feature. Users can program directly on the touchscreen computer, or they can utilize software like CADVCORELDRAWN and other applications to convert designs into PLT format and then transfer them to the machine. This process is intuitive and easy to grasp.
JL-1060 Gluing Machine boasts high speed, achieved through its bridge platform structure. It can work concurrently while feeding, with glue dispensing speed reaching 5 to 6 times that of manual labor.
Up to four axes can be linked, enabling not only forward, backward, left, and right movements but also three-dimensional, inclined, and camera-mounted positioning for added flexibility.
Accuracy is paramount, ensuring a uniform glue spraying surface without glue pushing or dead glue issues.
The glue barrel is designed with complete sealing, preventing glue from drying out and reducing waste. This also avoids the volatilization of toxic gases that can result from drying and contaminate the working environment.
JL-1060 Gluing Machine is compatible with a wide range of glues, including white glue, all-purpose glue, PU glue, and hot melt glue.
With a large working range, it can spray glue on surfaces up to 1000mm x 600mm.
