ORDL12 Paper cup forming machine is a multi-station automatic machinery, through the automatic feeding, ultrasonic sealing welding, into a tube, cup lubrication, oiling, washed at the end of paper, the bottom of the two heating, the bottom knurled, Stacking finished products and other continuous processes, the production of paper cups, ice cream cups or other food cone-shaped containers.
 

1	Increase the output. On the basis of the same power 6kw, it speeds up to 45-55 pcs/min from 35-45pcs/min before.
2	The Paper Cup Printing machine bottom paper is sent by stepper motor,which controls the interval of bottom papers about 0.1mm, so that the machine is more paper saving and performs more stably.
3	The inner structure adopts the vertical axis gear drive system to avoid chain loosening and malposition problems.
4	Automatic lubrication system,which reduces the friction of machine parts and improves the machine  maintenance, works a lot.
5	The machine is equipped with optically controlled non contact switch.
6	Paper feeding working station is driven by cams without noise,performing stably and well,which is pioneer technology at home.
