The material feeding process is precisely controlled by a magnetic particle brake constant tension system. This system maintains a consistent tension on the material throughout the printing process, ensuring high-quality prints with minimal distortions.

The infrared drying devices of each printing unit can be interchanged with UV drying devices. This flexibility allows for the adaptation of the printing machine to different ink types and drying requirements, enhancing its versatility and applicability to a wide range of printing applications.
The material feeding and rewinding devices utilize pneumatic expanding mandrels for clamping. These mandrels provide a secure and reliable way to hold the material in place during printing, ensuring smooth and consistent feeding and rewinding operations.
During shutdown, the ink rollers automatically detach from the printing plates and rotate at a low speed. This prevents the ink from drying and hardening on the rollers, ensuring that the printing machine is ready for quick startup and continued operation when needed.
