Product Description

1	This automatic gluing and stapling machine is the latest development of our company specially for carton manufacturers to produce a model, can meet the needs of Taobao box 1 to 12 gluing box production. It consists of three parts: vacuum feeding section, gluin and folding section and counting and stacking output section. Digital display control, PCL computerised width adjustment, three frequency conversions and simultaneous operation, with easy, fast, reliable and precise control mode (orders can be stored). Automatic paper supply, automatic gluing and folding, automatic counting, automatic stacking and outputting, average gluing speed 160m/min, high speed and energy saving, labour cost saving, is our highest pursuit.
2	The height of the press wheel is adjustable, suitable for cardboard thickness of 2-8mm. left and right adjustment is synchronized with the folding station plate. Make the carton folding more beautiful and the forming more regular.
3	The front tray cardboard is made of stainless steel, and the front and rear adjustment is electrically adjusted by the motor, which makes it convenient and quick to enhance the adjustment time of the machine.
