Scope of application:

  2. Sapphire glass cutting, such as: mobile sapphire cover plate, camera sapphire glass cover plate, sapphire light strip (ED light strip).
  3. LCD glass cutting, for example: shaped LCD screen inverted R/U/C Angle, LOD screen cutting.
  4. Other optical glass cutting, including: filter cutting, mirror cutting.
  5. Ordinary glass cutting, such as high borosilicate, quartz glass, white glass, car mirrors, bathroom glass, etc.
  6. Cutting surface screen: single-sided curve (1200-2000), double-sided curve (400-2000) optional.

The biggest features:

  1. The light source is a high-power picosecond laser, and the core devices such as the core seed source are provided by international first-tier manufacturers, ensuring stable operation.
  2. Non-contact cutting with an autocratic glass cutting head. The lens is imported from the United States, with a fine light spot, deep focus, a minimum focus spot of <2um, and a focal depth length up to 3mm. It can cut materials up to 30mm thick without edge breakage.
  3. The cutting platform and optical platform base are made of natural marble, achieving a processing accuracy level of 0.002mm after two fine grinding processes.
  4. The X/Y axis motor adopts a linear motor, German digital grating ruler, Taiwan screw and guide rail, and Israel drive, ensuring 24 hours of trouble-free operation.
  5. The use of a high negative pressure vacuum pump adsorption system ensures positioning stability, ensuring that the material does not move during the cutting process.
  6. The device is equipped with CCD and telecentric vision lens for accurate identification of circle, cross, and other mark points.
  7. For shape cutting processing, it offers no dead angle cutting, able to cut any shape material.

KBL-6070S Glass Laser Cutting Machine, utilizing a self-developed Al control system, high-end custom picosecond light source, double drive linear motor, marble work surface, and cutting one-stop processing, achieves an accuracy of up to 2 microns. Compared with traditional cutting methods, KBL-6070S Glass Laser Cutting Machine offers higher efficiency, better cutting quality, and reduced material waste. The non-contact cutting process also minimizes the risk of scratches and edge breakage, ensuring the integrity of the glass surface. Traditional CNC is completely incompetent in this aspect, whereas laser cutting is a non-contact cutting method with simple operation, automation, no consumables, no pollution, no angle issues, no burrs, and low power consumption. Its high efficiency, with cutting speeds up to 15m/min, contrasts sharply with the defects of traditional CNC cutting, including ring mirror pollution, bit loss, edge collapse, high scrap rate, and slow speed. Cutting Principle:

The ultra-short pulse generated by an ultrafast laser interacts with the material for a very short time, without having a thermal effect on the surrounding material. Therefore, ultrafast laser processing is also known as cold processing. When the laser pulse width reaches the picosecond or femtosecond order, the influence on molecular thermal motion can be largely avoided, resulting in less thermal effect. A picosecond ultrafast laser radiates photons, causing the material to undergo multi-photon absorption and produce conduction band electrons. The electrons at high energy levels emit phonons as they move within the material, transferring the absorbed energy to the lattice. This energy deposition results in material melting or mechanical damage, achieving high-quality micromachining. Laser cutting machines for glass are a pollution-free, non-contact technology that ensures neat edges, vertical cuts, and low internal damage when cutting at high speeds, making it a new solution for the glass cutting industry.


Segmentation Principle:

After the glass is cut, it is necessary to carry out subsequent splicing processing. The principle of laser splicing involves instantly irradiating the glass cutting slit with a CO2 light source. This irradiation creates a local high-temperature zone on the surface of the glass, causing the material to undergo thermal expansion and contraction. However, this process alone is not sufficient for splicing. Instead, the key lies in the controlled and precise application of heat.

The laser beam is precisely focused on the cutting slit, heating the edges to a temperature that allows them to fuse together. As the glass edges melt and come into contact, they form a strong bond, creating a seamless splice. This process requires precise control over the laser's power, speed, and focal point to ensure a reliable splice that maintains the integrity and clarity of the glass.

The resulting splice is strong and durable, able to withstand the stresses and strains that glass is often subjected to in various applications. This laser splicing method offers a significant advantage over traditional splicing techniques, as it is more precise, reliable, and efficient.
