Automatic Web Correction System

Chongqing Enruisi ultrasonic web correction controller, with a response speed of 50ms and a correction accuracy of ±0.1mm, eliminates printing plate smudging and cutting deviations.

Servo-Level Synchronous Drive

Italian Tiger synchronous belt + dual 5.5KW variable frequency motor drive, with mechanical errors of each unit <0.02mm, ensuring four-color printing registration accuracy of ±0.15mm.

Drying and Curing Function

 Equipped with 4 independent infrared drying systems (switchable to UV curing), achieving rapid drying of water-based/UV inks.
