1. This equipment is a vertical lifting precision screen printing machine.

2. Adopting the latest microcomputer control system, the operation is simple, allowing you to easily change the printing program. Motor driven, with high repeatability and fast speed, can improve printing quality.

3. All moving rails adopt precision linear rails.

4. The printing mechanism is vertically adjustable for easy maintenance of the screen and scraper. It is controlled by a linear guide rail and frequency converter, and driven by a crank connecting rod mechanism for fast and stable operation.

5. The printing is powered by a variable frequency motor, with synchronous belt and linear guide transmission components to achieve digital settings of speed and stroke.

6. The scraper adopts a constant pressure device to maintain uniform pressure on the scraper, and the scraper stroke is driven by a variable frequency motor.

7. The printing error can be controlled within ± 0.03, and the entire machine adopts pneumatic parts from well-known factories. The moving parts are equipped with finely ground hard steel shafts and bearings to ensure smooth and durable operation of the machine. 

8. Independently designed head lifting device, ink scraper/oil return knife, screen loading and unloading, and screen cleaning are convenient.

9. Printing scraper, oil return knife, air pressure, speed, balance and stroke can be easily adjusted to meet your different printing requirements. 

10. Depending on the different requirements for ink thickness of the product, 1-3 printing cycles can be selected.

11. Set up three modes: manual/semi-automatic/fully automatic, with indirect time digital control for printing.

12. The fuselage is equipped with dual safety protection to ensure human-machine safety.

The overprint error can be controlled within the range of ±0.03. The whole machine uses pneumatic parts from famous manufacturers, and the moving parts are equipped with finely ground hard steel shafts and bearings to ensure smooth and durable operation of the machine.

The independently designed head lifting device is convenient for loading and unloading the ink scraper/oil return knife and screen cleaning. The screen adopts a pull-out type, which is convenient and quick to disassemble and assemble the screen. There are height fine-tuning buttons at the four corners of the screen clamp, and the height of the single-side screen frame can be adjusted separately according to printing needs.
