Scope of application:
- Reinforced and non-reinforced glass cutting, including: mobile phone glass cover plate, car glass cover plate, camera glass cover plate.
- Sapphire glass cutting, such as: mobile sapphire cover plate, camera sapphire glass cover plate, sapphire light strip (ED light strip).
- LCD glass cutting, for example: shaped LCD screen inverted R/U/C Angle, LOD screen cutting.
- Other optical glass cutting, including: filter cutting, mirror cutting.
- Ordinary glass cutting, such as high borosilicate, quartz glass, white glass, car mirrors, bathroom glass, etc.
- Cutting surface screen: single-sided curve (1200-2000), double-sided curve (400-2000) optional
Product Feature Of Automatic Laser Glass Cutting Machine
- The light source is a high-power picosecond laser, and the core devices such as the core seed source are provided by international first-tier manufacturers, ensuring stable operation.
- Non-contact cutting with an autocratic glass cutting head. The lens is imported from the United States, with a fine light spot, deep focus, a minimum focus spot of <2um, and a focal depth length up to 3mm. It can cut materials up to 30mm thick without edge breakage.
- The cutting platform and optical platform base are made of natural marble, achieving a processing accuracy level of 0.002mm after two fine grinding processes.
- The X/Y axis motor adopts a linear motor, German digital grating ruler, Taiwan screw and guide rail, and Israel drive, ensuring 24 hours of trouble-free operation.
- The use of a high negative pressure vacuum pump adsorption system ensures positioning stability, ensuring that the material does not move during the cutting process.
- The device is equipped with CCD and telecentric vision lens for accurate identification of circle, cross, and other mark points.
- For shape cutting processing, it offers no dead angle cutting, able to cut any shape material.
