Facial Tissue Packing Machine is used for single grain cartoning machine packaging, using servo drive and PLC control system. 1. Pushing paper into the box is now replaced by servo paper pushing, so that the paper pushing speed and length are adjustable, the requirements for paper towels are reduced, and it can be perfectly applied to various materials of paper, laying a stable speed of 100 boxes/minute.
2. Improvement of the material conveyor belt, now replaced by synchronous belt drive, with lower noise, convenient operation and replacement, and lower maintenance costs.
3. The conveyor belt paper pressing screw is replaced by a cylinder, making the adjustment more convenient, fast and stable, and there will be no looseness up and down.
4. The conveyor belt screw is replaced with a guide rail to increase stability and make its movement smoother.
