Facial Tissue Packing Machine is used for single grain cartoning machine packaging, using servo drive and PLC control system. Store the carton platform, automatically take the carton to the conveyor and open the carton molding and then send it to the box support mechanism; then the mold will push the product into the carton, the carton travels in the process of automatic spraying machine sealing the box and send it out of the packaging machine.Product Features

Product Details
1. Pushing paper into the box is now replaced by servo paper pushing, so that the paper pushing speed and length are adjustable, the requirements for paper towels are reduced, and it can be perfectly applied to various materials of paper, laying a stable speed of 100 boxes/minute.
2. Improvement of the material conveyor belt, now replaced by synchronous belt drive, with lower noise, convenient operation and replacement, and lower maintenance costs.
3. The conveyor belt paper pressing screw is replaced by a cylinder, making the adjustment more convenient, fast and stable, and there will be no looseness up and down.
4. The conveyor belt screw is replaced with a guide rail to increase stability and make its movement smoother.
5. The length adjustment screw is replaced with a needle screw to make the adjustment more accurate and without gap shaking.
