1.TY-GL-1320A Flat Glass Printing Machine is controlled by PLC and operated through a human-machine interface, providing convenient and efficient operation with a high level of intelligence.
2.The feeding area is equipped with an automatic pre-positioning device to connect with the upstream cleaning machine for inline production. The input and output conveyors adopt a multi-axle universal wheel design, driven by a gear reducer motor and a frequency converter. This ensures stable transportation with adjustable speed.
3.The four-column beam is driven by a low-backlash gear reducer motor and a frequency converter, ensuring stable lifting and lowering. An encoder is installed for precise position detection, achieving high repeatability in positioning accuracy. The four columns are equipped with safety cylinders, safety photoelectric switches, and emergency stop buttons to provide multiple layers of protection for personnel safety.
4.The printing beam is manufactured using specialized profiles, and the printing head is installed on the beam through precision linear guides. This ensures maximum printing accuracy. The printing head is driven by a combination of a gear reducer motor and a frequency converter, utilizing a synchronous belt transmission. The printing and ink return speeds can be adjusted independently. The squeegee and ink knife adopt a constant pressure design, and an anti-dripping device is also installed.
5.The off-contact system utilizes a gear motor for synchronized drive, coordinating with the printing action to lift the screen frame simultaneously.
6.The printing platform is composed of multiple steel plates that are precisely ground after treatment to eliminate internal stress and improve surface accuracy. The surface of the table is coated with Teflon, ensuring smoothness, corrosion resistance, and solvent resistance.
7.TY-GL-1320A Flat Glass Printing Machine is equipped with multiple precision positioning points that can be adjusted according to the size of the product. When precisely positioning glass, the fan blows air between the glass and the table, creating an air cushion to prevent scratches on the glass. Once positioning is complete, the blowing action switches to suction, firmly holding the glass in place for printing to ensure printing accuracy.
