Product Description
Paper cup forming machine is a multi-station automatic machinery, through the automatic feeding, ultrasonic sealing welding, into a tube, cup lubrication, oiling, washed at the end of paper, the bottom of the two heating, the bottom knurled, Stacking finished products and other continuous processes, the production of paper cups, ice cream cups or other food cone-shaped containers.
Product Features
1. Paper cup making machine has increased the output from the original 35-45 pieces/minute to 55-60 pieces/minute while the power remains unchanged at 6KW.
2. The bottom paper of paper cup forming machine uses a stepper motor to feed the paper, and the distance between the bottom paper is controlled to about 0.1mm, making the machine more paper-saving and more stable.
3. The internal structure of coffee cup making machine adopts a vertical axis gear transmission system to avoid problems such as chain looseness and misalignment.
4. The automatic lubrication system of disposable cup making machine reduces friction of machine parts and improves machine maintainability, with remarkable results.
5. Paper cup machinery is equipped with a light-controlled non-contact switch.
6. The paper feeding station of the automatic paper cup machine adopts cam transmission, which is noiseless, stable in operation and excellent in performance. It is the first domestic technology.
7.Paper cups manufacturing machine a gear motor instead of a separate reduction box and motor, making the transmission system simpler and more stable.
8. Make disposable paper cup machine adopts the sixth station to automatically collect paper cups to improve work efficiency.
