A.traction part:

1.The traction roller is driven by a 5.5KW servo motor.

 B,Waste material edge collecting device:

A fan is used to blow out the waste off-cuts.

 C.Rewinding device:

1.The upper and lower biaxial shafts are used to wind the slit material independently,  slitting knife adopts a straight knife (6 units)

2.The upper and lower rewinding shafts each have a 5.5KW servo motor to drive the air inflation shaft, Siemens PLC automatically controls the tension according to the current roll diameter, so that the finished material is neat when multiple slits. The tightness of the inner and outer layers of the finished roll can be controlled, that is, the spiral rewinding method. With the continuous increase of the winding diameter, the PLC automatically controls the speed of the winding servo motor to decrease.
