The main machine utilizes variable frequency speed regulation, which allows for smooth acceleration while maintaining balanced operation.

(1) Unwinding and feeding part:

1. The unwinding of this machine adopts pneumatic shaft loading.
2. The unwinding aluminum roll is equipped with a manual upward and downward deflection adjustment device, so that the material can run in balance with the aluminum roll to the maximum extent to ensure the winding accuracy and quality.
3. The unwinding tension adopts magnetic powder brake control to realize automatic tension control and realize the unwinding margin alarm function.

(2) Traction part:
1. Traction drive: driven by a servo motor, the arc-toothed synchronous pulley transmits torque. The arc-shaped synchronous pulley has low transmission noise, large transmission torque, and low power loss.
2. Traction stick: The traction stick is made of steel material and has been corrected by dynamic and static balance to ensure balanced operation.
3. Traction pressure roller: The traction shaft is made of rubber roller, which has been corrected by dynamic and static balance. The lifting and lowering of the traction pressure roller is pneumatically controlled, and the pressure is adjustable.

2. Roll tension: PLC calculates the tension, drives automatic radial friction adjustment through the pneumatic system, compensates for tension changes caused by changes in the winding diameter of the material roll, and realizes automatic taper control of the tension.

(4) Waste edge recycling device:

1. Winding method: It adopts both surface winding and center winding. It is driven by the air expansion shaft driven by a variable frequency motor, and the arc synchronous wheel transmits the torque. The transmission noise is small, the torque is large, and the power loss is small.
2. Roll tension: PLC calculates the tension, drives automatic radial friction adjustment through the pneumatic system, compensates for tension changes caused by changes in the winding diameter of the material roll, and realizes automatic taper control of the tension.
