Wide printing adaptability and high precision: Compatible with various substrates such as BOPP, PET, PE, PVC, etc., it supports dual-color printing within a width of 600mm, with a register error of ≤±0.2mm in both longitudinal and transverse directions. Equipped with a manually adjustable three-position squeegee device, it ensures clear printing patterns and firm color adhesion.

2. Stable structure, dry and efficient: It adopts an overall high-strength low-stress alloy cast iron wall panel, with a rigid transmission system for stable operation. Equipped with a sealed curved drying oven, it achieves energy-saving and fast drying of ink through automatic temperature control via electric heating and rapid exhaust through a centrifugal fan, adapting to printing speeds ranging from 10 to 70 m/min.

1. High efficiency, high yield, and excellent finished product quality: Utilizing stepper motor drive and precise drive control technology, the bag-making speed can reach 80-150 bags per minute. Coupled with advanced heat sealing and cutting technology, the bottom sealing is firm and smooth, while meeting the production of bags of different specifications.

2. Convenient operation and safe, stable operation: The sealing blade design facilitates cleaning, and the entire bag features a swaying anti-sticking function. Coupled with fully automatic stapling, flattening, stacking, and folding designs, it reduces manual intervention.
