 is equipped with a PLC touch screen interface for intuitive operation. It incorporates three-motor vector control for precision and stability. Additionally, it features automatic taper tension control to ensure consistent tension throughout the process. The center coiling method further enhances the efficiency and accuracy of the winding process. The main machine utilizes variable frequency speed regulation, which allows for smooth acceleration while maintaining balanced operation.
2.Kraft paper slitting machine  boasts automatic meter counting functionality, providing precise measurements and data tracking. It also includes alarm functions that alert operators to any potential issues or malfunctions. The winding system utilizes A and B air-expanding shaft structures, designed for ease of disassembly and installation, thus reducing maintenance time and effort.

Product Details 

(1) Unwinding and feeding part:

1. The unwinding adopts shaftless hydraulic tile structure (3-6 inches paper tube). The left and right clamping arms are hydraulically controlled by dovetail groove linear guides. There are two hydraulic clamping cylinders, which can be separated to the left and right at the same time, making the clamping operation extremely convenient.
2. Two hydraulic power loading cylinders can withstand 3 tons of raw materials, saving manpower and shortening loading and unloading time.
3. The unwinding diameter is automatically detected by the proximity switch at the unwinding drive shaft. There is no need to input the material thickness. The unwinding residual diameter can be set to automatically decelerate and stop, making it easier to pick up the next roll. The unwinding tension adopts sensor closed-loop automatic taper tension and is controlled by PLC.
4. Equipped with a mechanism to manually adjust the elastic edge of the material release, adjustment range: ±20mm.
5. The material is automatically corrected by the U-shaped automatic correction system. The entire frame uses guide rails to move left and right. The moving part uses a threaded screw and is pushed left and right by a servo motor to achieve automatic correction.

(2) Host part:
1. The frame is made of 80# high-quality iron plate in the form of a frame structure. The whole machine is supported by seamless hollow steel pipes. The horizontal straight beams are segmented in the middle to facilitate disassembly, assembly and transportation.
2. The main machine is driven by a combination of servo motor and synchronous wheel speed ratio.
3. The traction device adopts active traction and pneumatic compression. The servo motor drives the mirror roller to actively pull.
4. The whole machine adopts closed-loop vector control.

(3) Rewinding part:1. The winding adopts a dual structure of surface winding and center winding, front and rear winding (A\B axis), double air expansion shaft winding method, and the winding shaft is wound against the large surface roller.
2. The winding mechanical arm adopts imported dovetail groove linear guide structure.
3. The principle of surface winding form is that the winding reel is close to the large shaft and winds up synchronously.
4. Each rewinding reel is driven by a servo motor. The rewinding tension is based on the current material rewinding diameter. The PLC automatically controls the frequency converter to adjust the air expansion shaft tension, so that there is no thickness in the multiple slit materials. factors, all reel end faces are flat The flatness of the disk surface is freely switched between pneumatic pressure and dead weight pressure, and the tightness of the inner and outer layers of the finished roll is controllable. As the winding diameter continues to increase, the PLC automatically controls the speed of the winding servo motor to decrease, greatly extending the service life of the servo motor.
