Automatic paper feeder
1.Friction feeder, equipped with independent inverter drive, adjustable vibration motor

Automatic calibration unit
1.Independently adjustable side gauges, the lower bracket that is not parallel to the wallboard stretches the paper along a parallel guide device to ensure parallel alignment of the paper.
2.Independently driven by the motor, the alignment function can be achieved from both sides of the device, and the operation control is simple and convenient.

Pre-folding department
The advantage of the pre-folded section is that it makes the package easier to open, which is very important for automatic packaging lines. The maximum fold line is 180º. The maximum fold line is 165º.

Hook bottom
Complete folding hook and spiral device, can smoothly and accurately fold the front baffle of the carton. The elasticity of the folding hook can be adjusted.

Paste barrel
There is a paste bucket on each side for easy disassembly and cleaning.

Honfold
Smooth and accurate folding of the second and fourth folds. This folding plate can be raised or lowered.
The outer folding belt can be adjusted to 180º by the shaft control upper belt, making it easier to run E/F/N corrugated.

Pressure transmission department
