Product Description
- Back-to-back double unloading rack: automatic feeding system with pneumatic shaft, automatic lifting after feeding, magnetic powder braking system, horizontal tension control system, automatic tension correction system, human-machine touch screen tension controller.
- Automatic unloading system for convex and concave buckles and zippers, ( If necessary, the non-woven fabric is folded and compounded with the zipper)
- Emergency stop and general start switches are installed in multiple places. Once a problem is found anywhere, the emergency stop switch can be pressed immediately to stop and prevent accidents. After repair, the start switch can be pressed at any time to continue working.
- The variable frequency motor + reducer provides power, and the material is pulled by the friction of the rubber roller and the non-woven fabric to run according to the horizontal tension.
- The ultrasonic wave continuously welds the zipper and non-woven fabric (PP film) together, and the pressure is digitally displayed. The stable ultrasonic generator ensures that the zipper and the film can be compounded together evenly in an instant. Using 20k.2kw high-power ultrasonic waves, the welding is stable.
- The waste edge material cutting and collection device, under the control of the control cabinet, can collect the waste materials in an orderly manner and roll them up through the variable frequency motor acceleration and deceleration machine.
- After the bag body is repaired and perfected, the pull head is installed on the zipper in a timely and orderly manner under the overall control through the automatic pull head device. A breakthrough in the automatic installation of the pull head has been achieved, which greatly saves manpower and Material resources.
- Prepare to punch hand holes and vent holes. According to customer needs and market preferences, we customize hand holes and vent holes of different shapes and sizes under reasonable sizes.
- Three sets of 15k.2600w high-power ultrasonic waves can accurately seal the side edges under the adjustment of visual pneumatic pressure and the requirements of total control. Beauty and firmness are the common pursuits of us and our customers. There is no best, only better.
- In order to cut more accurately, we installed a color mark tracking system before cutting, and provided the information captured according to the color mark to the main control cabinet. After receiving the command, the main control cabinet issued a cutting command to accurately execute the following command.

The whole machine adopts 2.3kw dual servo drive to make the whole machine run more smoothly, stably and at high speed.
