The ZM-M100 is a fully automatic paper cup production machine, which is equipped with a multi-stage automatic paper feeding system, a paper rejection system, ultrasonic welding, oil filling, bottom punching, bottom folding, preheating, knurling, cup unloading and other continuous processes to complete the production of paper cups. The whole machine is controlled by PLC system, through multiple photo-eye detection, it can realize automatic detection of counting, cup dropping, no bottom, no paper, etc. The machine is controlled by a PLC system. By changing different grinding tools, the machine can achieve stable production of different paper cups.
