Product Description
The fully automatic flat glass screen printing machine is suitable for single-color and multi-color printing of various automotive glass, decorative glass, sliding door glass, furniture glass, solar energy, architectural engineering glass, etc.
Product Features
1. Hot sale silk screen printing machine adopts PLC control and human-machine interface operation. The equipment operation is convenient and fast, and the degree of intelligence is high.
2. Flat screen printing machine: The feeding area is equipped with an automatic pre-positioning device for connecting the upper cleaning machine to realize online production. The feeding and discharging conveying adopts multi-axis universal wheel conveying, gear reduction motor + inverter drive. The conveying is stable and the speed is adjustable.
3.Various glass screen shapes printer: The four-column beam adopts low-gap gear reduction motor + inverter drive, and the beam lifting is stable. An encoder is equipped for position detection. The repeat position accuracy is high. The four columns are equipped with safety cylinders + safety photoelectric switches + emergency stop buttons to protect personal safety.
4. Car window glass printing machine: The printing beam is made of special profiles, and the printing head is installed on the printing beam through precision linear guides. Ensure printing accuracy to the greatest extent. The printing head is driven by a gear reduction motor + inverter combination and synchronous belt drive. Printing and ink return speeds are individually adjustable. The scraper and ink knife adopt a constant pressure design and are equipped with an anti-drip ink device.
5.Digital glass sheet printing machine: The off-grid adopts a gear motor synchronous drive design, and the screen frame is raised synchronously with the scraping action.
6.Glass sheets silk screen printer: The printing platform is made of a combination of multiple steel plates. The steel plates are finely ground after processing to eliminate the internal stress of the material and improve the plane accuracy. The surface of the plate has a Teflon layer, which is flat, corrosion-resistant and solvent-resistant.
7.Glass screen printing machine: The whole machine is equipped with multiple precision positioning points, which can be adjusted according to the size of the product. When the glass is precisely positioned, the fan blows air to the glass to form a layer of air cushion between the glass and the table to prevent the glass from being scratched. After the positioning is completed, the blowing is converted to suction, so that the glass can be printed under strong adsorption, and the printing accuracy is guaranteed.
