Automatic high speed paper cup forming machine adopts bench,separate the mold system from the transmission system,the transmission parts are arranged in the body under the table. The machine has automatic double paper feeding system, ultrasonic, heat sealing, oiling, base, bottom folding, bottom folding, preheating, knurling cup.
 

1.	The flat fan-shaped sheet is fed multiple times and adjusted multiple times to avoid unevenness on both sides of the fan sheet and avoid the problem of paper jams on the fan-shaped sheet.
2.	The machine is equipped with 14 sensors to ensure that each fan paper runs stably at each position, if there is a position error or failure,the machine will start the alarm system and stop automatically.
3.	The machine is together with pulleys and gears, the parts are closely connected with each other, there is no looseness when the machine is running,and the machine runs more accurately.
4.	The machine adopts a fully automatic oil lubrication system.The oil pump works continuously during the operation of the machine.The machine uses an open cam and a geared motor, and the failure rate of the machine is lower.
5.	The machine is equipped with light-controlled non-contact switch and PLC touch screen system.
6.	The bottom paper of the machine adopts a direct feeding system,the bottom paper feeding adopts a servo motor, and an automatic sensor is used to assist the pre-feeding to avoid paper waste.
7.	The machine is equipped with a liner cutting system, which makes it easier to recycle the discarded liner.
